Built 1911. Printed union newspapers until 1987. Poured concrete, steel columns, and a north skylight we refused to cover.
We kept the bones and added the only things a strength hall needs: level oak platforms, air that moves, and enough distance between racks that two people can set up without apologising to each other.

Plunge and sauna are included in every membership, bookable in twenty-minute windows from the member app. Two treatment rooms host our physio partners Wednesday through Saturday — members book direct, no referral.
