Strength is
a standing
appointment.
Ironhall is a members-only strength hall built for people who lift on a schedule, not on a whim. Eleven platforms, coached programming, and a cap of 180 so the bar is always free when you are.

We don't sell classes. We keep a logbook on every member and expect it to get heavier.
Every Ironhall membership starts with a two-hour intake: movement screen, baseline lifts, sleep and travel schedule. Your coach writes a twelve-week block around it, then adjusts it every Sunday night. No app-generated workouts, no leaderboards, no music you have to shout over.
How training worksNine thousand square feet of nothing but the work
A converted printing house on Sangamon, stripped to concrete, steel, and oak.

Platform row
Eleven oak platforms, calibrated kilo plates, Eleiko bars racked by number.
Conditioning bay
Assault bikes, sleds, a 40-metre turf lane, and one very loud rower.
Recovery suite
Cold plunge at 4°C, cedar sauna, two treatment rooms for on-site physio.
The Long Table
Coffee, eggs, and members arguing about programming until 10am.
What eighteen months on the floor sounds like
I came in deadlifting 120kg with a cranky back. Marcus rebuilt the whole pattern. I pulled 200 in March and nothing hurts.

The cap on membership is the entire product. I train at 6:40pm — the worst hour anywhere else — and I've never waited for a rack.

Sunday night my block updates and Monday my coach knows I flew back from Tokyo. That's not an app. That's a person.

Twenty-two spots open each year. Most go in January.
Membership requests are reviewed weekly. If the roster is full you'll get a dated position and a standing invite to train as a guest until a spot clears.
